Description

On 10 February 2025,at around 04:00 AM, the Eastern Visayas Region is currently experiencing cloudy skies with rain showers and thunderstorms due to Shear Line. According to the weather forecast of DOST-PAGASA, moderate to heavy rainfall may be experienced in the provinces of Northern Samar and Eastern Samar. Thus, localized flooding is expected in areas that are urbanized, low-lying, or near rivers and landslides are possible in highly susceptible areas.
