On 22 August 2025, 8:00 AM, a Low Pressure Area (LPA 08f) was monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility
(PAR) and had a low potential of developing into a tropical depression.
On 23 August 2025, 8:00 AM, LPA 08f located inside the PAR had a medium potential of developing into a tropical
depression.
At 2:00 PM, LPA 08f located inside the PAR was monitored to have a high potential of developing into a tropical
depression.
On 24 August 2025, 8:00 AM, LPA 08f located inside the PAR was monitored to still have a high potential of developing
into a tropical depression.
On 25 August 2025, 8:00 AM, LPA 08f was still inside the PAR and had low potential of developing into a tropical
depression.
On 26 August 2025, 8:00 AM, LPA 08f was still monitored inside the PAR and had a medium potential of developing into
a tropical depression.
On 27 August 2025, 2:00 AM, LPA 08f is still being monitored inside the PAR and had an unlikely potential to develop into
a tropical depression.
Another Low Pressure Area (LPA 08g) is being monitored inside the PAR and has a medium potential to develop into a
tropical depression.
At 8:00 AM, LPA 08f inside the PAR has dissipated.
On 28 August 2025, 8:00 AM, LPA (08g) developed into Tropical Depression "JACINTO" and exited PAR at 11:00 PM on
the same day. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
At 5:00 PM, the center of Tropical Depression "JACINTO" has exited the PAR.
