Description
According to local reports, the updated damage caused by storm No. 3 and floods as of 5:00 p.m. on July 26 (updated compared to the quick report on July 25) is as follows:
- Regarding housing: 377 houses collapsed (Nghe An), an increase of 73 houses; 1,441 houses were damaged, roofs blown off (Phu Tho 19 houses, Ninh Binh 05, Thanh Hoa 30 houses, Nghe An 1,387 houses), an increase of 258 houses.
- Regarding agriculture: 47,597 hectares of rice and crops were damaged (Ninh Binh 40,694 hectares, Nghe An 6,903 hectares); 8,474 hectares of fruit trees and forest trees were damaged (Nghe An).
- Regarding livestock: 1,298 cattle (up 287), 69,798 poultry (up 6,734) died, swept away.
- Regarding aquaculture: 660.8 hectares of aquaculture area, 239 cages were damaged (Nghe An).
- Regarding education: 25 schools were damaged (Nghe An).
- Regarding traffic: 709 traffic locations were eroded (Thanh Hoa 301, Nghe An 408); 23 traffic bridges, spillways, and suspension bridges were washed away (Nghe An).
- Regarding irrigation: 9,670m of canals and 180m of embankments were eroded (Nghe An).
- Regarding industry: 170 electric poles and 02 transformer stations were damaged (Nghe An).
- Regarding health: 06 health centers were flooded and damaged (Nghe An).
