Heavy rainfall caused by Tropical Storm "Bualoi" From 28 September 2025 to the present, there have been flooding, flash floods, and landslides in 18 provinces (Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phrae, Phetchabun, Nong Bua Lamphu, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Surin, Nakhon Ratchasima, Loei, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Prachinburi, and Sa Kaeo). 56 districts, 154 subdistricts, and 616 villages have been affected. Initially, 16,740 households and 60,294 people have been affected. Seven deaths have occurred (Mae Hong Son Province: one woman, landslide death); Khon Kaen Province: one man, drowning while drowning; Uttaradit Province: one man, drowning while driving a motorcycle; two men, drowning while at home; one woman, drowning while at home alone; and three missing persons. (Uttaradit Province: 2 males, 1 female)
Currently, the situation remains in 2 provinces (Uttaradit and Loei), 10 districts, 29 sub-districts, 185 villages. 7,443 households, 27,539 people, are affected.

Floods and Flash Floods (Influenced by Tropical Storm "Bualoi")

Due to Tropical Storm "Bualoi" causing heavy rain from 28 September 2025 to the present, there have been

floods and flash floods in 11 provinces (Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Nong Bua Lamphu, Maha Sarakham, Surin, Nakhon Ratchasima, Loei, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo). 13 districts, 26 sub-districts, and 53 villages have been affected. Initially, 195 households and 722 people have been affected.

Currently, the situation remains in 8 provinces (Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Maha Sarakham, Surin, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Prachin Buri). 10 districts, 20 sub-districts, and 36 villages have been affected. 167 households and 603 people have been affected.
